Could you share the story behind your latest song and what inspired its creation?

I wrote What’s Wrong to start a conversation about the violence going on around the world and to get a solution to what’s sparking the anger and don’t give a dam attitude

How do you approach the process of songwriting, and are there any specific themes or
emotions you tend to explore in your music?

I write songs based on how I feel and what I see! I make music to inspire give hope peace wisdom and understanding

As an indie musician, how do you navigate the balance between creative freedom and
commercial appeal?

I write songs that tells stories of the things I see so I really don’t struggle with what is to political or not commercial enough. My music reflects current events

What do you find most challenging about being an independent artist in today’s music
industry?

Does it influence your creative process?

I’ve been working with legendary Felton Pilate of Confunkshun for over 10 years now and I’ve a lot about recording, songwriting, and the business

What role does technology and social media play in promoting your music and
connecting with your audience?

Social media has definitely made a difference with marketing and promoting new music

musical style?

with your fans and build a dedicated community around your music?

I attend community events stay in touch via emails website social media to Ky the buzz going

Could you describe a memorable live performance experience or tour that has had a
lasting impact on you and your music?

Yes! I was doing a show in Louisville Kentucky and every song I sang that night the audience joined in with me on each song! I really enjoyed the evening

In an era of streaming platforms, how do you feel about the changing landscape of
music consumption and its impact on independent musicians?

We need to get the pay right for the artists after that everything will be fine.
